Refund policy

Senc0 offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no explanation needed.

The founding-school licence for Senc0. v1 is a pre-order for software still in build. The 30-day window runs from your order date. If v1 has not been released to you by the end of that window, you can still request a refund at any point before release.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Request one at paddle.net, or email hello@senc0.com and we will raise it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few working days to show the credit.

Your data

If you refund, you keep the right to export everything you have put into Senc0. Ask us and we will provide a full export before your school data is deleted.
